Your responsibilities as a Spa Therapist
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional level of service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Delivering treatments consistently, thoroughly and professionally.
- Following treatment timings, protocols and training guidelines.
- Maintaining clean, tidy and welcoming treatment rooms.
- Building professional and appropriate relationships with spa guests.
- Representing Orchid Beauty Recruitment and our spa partners to the highest standard.
What we’re looking for in our Spa Therapists
To be considered for our flexible Spa Therapist jobs, you should hold a recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Massage. This may include:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- BTEC qualifications in Beauty Therapy.
- NVQ Level 2 plus a recognised Massage qualification.
- A recognised Massage qualification.
- Level 3 and/or Level 4 Aesthetics qualifications.
Training or experience with brands such as Elemis, ESPA, Comfort Zone, Jessica or Payot is desirable, although this is not essential for every opportunity.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Have exceptional customer care skills.
- Be professional, friendly and well presented.
- Be able to work confidently under pressure.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Have a warm personality and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Be available to work weekdays, weekends or both.
- Have access to a car when required for certain spa locations.
