About the Role
- Deliver Exceptional Treatments: Perform a wide range of professional and advanced skincare treatments, tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Consult and Advise: Conduct HD skin consultations to understand client goals and recommend personalized treatments and home-care routines.
- Drive Retail Sales: Share your expertise in Elemis products, encouraging clients to enhance their skincare routine at home.
- Create Memorable Experiences: Ensure every guest feels valued, relaxed, and pampered with a professional and friendly approach.
- Promote the Brand: Organize activities and initiatives that engage clients and showcase the Elemis brand.
- Encourage Rebooking: Provide guidance on future treatments, packages, and products to help clients continue their skincare journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role within a spa or salon environment
- Retail experience in the beauty or spa industry
- Hands-on experience performing skincare treatments
- Knowledge of Elemis treatments and products
- Understanding of the Elemis company philosophy
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences
