Spa Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa & Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team at a luxury health and wellness retreat within Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built, high-end environment focused on delivering exceptional service and holistic wellness treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of treatments including massage, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in treatment rooms.
• Provide tailored treatment plans based on client consultations and needs.
• Promote treatments and retail products in a knowledgeable and ethical way.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar spa or salon environment.
• Skilled in massage therapy (major part of the role), facials, and waxing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about wellness and client care.
• Experience with brands such as Elemis, CACI, or Lipofirm.(desirable)
