Spa Therapist (32 hours)
Salary: £20,317.44 + £1,600 bonus (£21,917.44 OTE) + monthly service charge payments
Hours: 32 per week, 4 days (including weekends)

The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll deliver a range of professional treatments and ensure every guest receives an exceptional spa experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a full range of facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
- Greeting clients and carrying out consultations
- Explaining treatments clearly and tailoring them to guest needs
- Advising on retail products and post-treatment care
- Supporting guests throughout their spa journey, including refreshments and relaxation areas
Ensuring smooth coordination with the spa reception team for bookings and billing Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – essential
- Passion for delivering outstanding treatments and guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Successful completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager (as part of recruitment)
Shift pattern:
- 32 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends
- Shifts typically between 9:45am – 8:15pm (rotating schedule)
