Spa Therapist

Location: Luxury Hotel Spa
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (32 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join the spa team at one of our partner hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, friendly and supportive environment where you can grow your skills and deliver exceptional treatments to guests.

You should be warm, caring and approachable, with a genuine ability to put clients at ease and tailor treatments and product recommendations to suit their needs. A professional attitude and a passion for high-quality treatments are essential, as well as the confidence to work within a busy spa setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of treatments to the highest standard
• Recommend suitable products and treatments to clients
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times
• Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean and well-presented
• Support the team in driving retail sales and upselling treatments
• Work collaboratively to provide an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is essential
• Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in the beauty industry
• Skilled in Massage, Facials, Waxing, Eye Treatments, Manicures and Pedicures
• Friendly, professional and motivated with a great attitude to work
• Ability to work the following schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 9:30am – 6:00pm
