About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality treatments with consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail

Ensure exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations

Follow training guidelines and maintain strict treatment timings

Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and well-presented

Foster positive relationships with all guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Ideal Candidate
-
Holds a recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (NVQ Level 2 and 3, BTEC, or equivalent)
-
Holds a valid qualification in massage therapy
-
Experience working with Elemis products is desirable
-
Professional and well-groomed at all times
-
Available to work weekdays and weekends as required

Strong communication and customer care skills

Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Reliable team player with excellent organisational ability
-
Must have access to a car due to limited public transport

Compensation
Annual salary: £20,000 – £25,921
Hourly rate: £12.22 – £12.68
